To me, I always hated exercising, its just not something I would be motivated to do by myself, I needed someone to push me, but also in the right way that I don’t feel that the training is beyond me. When it is too tough, it makes me want to skip the next PT session. But Jovin is interestingly a funny guy, cracks a lot of jokes during sessions, but we get the work done, from bodyweight exercises, to agility training, to weights, to power training, to sprints, and boxing, Jovin has it all cover, the more I train with Jovin, the more excited I am to do the next session, though results was slow, because I refuse to diet, but I am still seeing changes in my body, I went from 65kg to 53 kg in 1 year of working out consistently, I would receive 630am whatsapp reminder from Jovin to do my morning cardio diligently, without fail, 3 x a week. He is a committed, dedicated and talented trainer, who goes out of his way to make sure I do my due diligence. Thank you Jovin for this wonderful journey.

Thara has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NUS but she decides to follow her passion and join the fitness industry instead. Her passion propelled her to become a winner in female bodybuilding at Asian levelin 2013 and 2014. In gratitude, she passed on her knowledge and has trained many athletes, both female and male, for bodybuilding, physique and bikini contests.

Since then, Thara has never look back, 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, voted twice while as top trainer of with Celebrity. Her down to earth attitude and success in helping numerous clients achieve their fitness goalshas led her to be very popular in the fitness industry, and now she is with teamUAF personal training team.
