Being curious of how everyone develops differently – from physique to sports performance, I found an interest in sports and fitness. From there I pursued a diploma in Sports and Wellness to learn more. In the end I found myself asking more questions and the desire for learning only grew bigger. But one point holds true and constant in all the fitness and wellness courses. “You’ve only got one body to live in. Take care of it and live well.”

 

Having experience as group class trainer for 5 years, I have learnt one other thing. One size doesn’t fit all. Most individuals require specialized training programs specific to their needs, every client is an individual project. Learning never stops.
