I engaged Kaelan as my private personal trainer for 1 reason, to lose bodyfat percentage and tone up my mid session as it was always wobbly, soft and unsightly. I kickstarted my program with a basic 10 sessions package, although the price was a little steep for me, but having a personal trainer come to my location to train me save me time on traveling and membership fees. Kaelan provides an excellent private personal training service, he will come with his own equipment, ranging from agility ladders, resistance bands, TRX, kettlebells and weights to train me.

Personal training, as the name suggests, it is personal, and regime designed specifically for the trainee. What I ABSOLUTELY LIKE about Kaelan:
1. He really is a personal trainer and NOT a salesperson. He will NEVER hard sell the idea of taking up more sessions or sale of discounted protein shakes when training me. He worked me at an optimized level in the gym and to the best I can, even my colleagues could see my sculpted arms and my back muscles now.
2. He educates me the muscle groups + workout and patiently explains every question I have including monitoring my progress
3. He created a calculated bespoke caloric diet incorporating some of my favourites (e.g coffee) so I could find this new lifestyle/diet sustainable and not at all miserable!
4. Flexible with gym locations and easy to arrange a session (he never cancels last min and never made me wait).
5. He would also modify certain workout routines for me so I could still work the same muscle areas and not compromise my form and if I am overseas, he would tell me what workout I could do.

I really think having a private personal trainer you feel comfortable with is highly important because it is not sustainable if you lack endurance or motivation. Kaelan was personable and even though there were things I could not do at the start, Kaelan never made me feel lousy. We even had our fair share of laughter and that really made the workout not feel like work. Workout should never feel like a torture, if on my own or with a wrong trainer, gym sessions could be agonizing. With Kaelan I never felt that way and I look forward to EVERY session!

I would sacrifice drinks on Wednesdays just to train with Kaelan because I feel empowered becoming stronger, fitter and emerging from the gym with a strong sense of accomplishment. It isn’t just an hour in the gym, but I honestly learned and benefitted from the takeaway after every personal training with Kaelan. Thank YOU, Kaelan!
