I signed up a 10 class programme with Kaelan and the objective was to tone and develop lean muscles as my annual health check suggested I needed more muscles. Personal training, as the name suggests, it is personal and regime designed specifically for the trainee. I really think having a personal trainer you feel comfortable with is highly important because it is not sustainable if you lack endurance or motivation. Kaelan was personable and even though there were things I could not do at the start, Kaelan never made me feel lousy.
