Juggling between 2 kids and a stressful job, going to the gym was out of the question for me. Having a personal trainer come to my condo gym to train me was the only option available to me.
Adam went the extra mile for me, even staying an extra 30mins after my session ended to make sure I finish my 30mins cardio session.
We did this thrice a week and he also held me accountable on days I don’t train to do 45mins cardio. I was clocking in 3 weights session and 5 cardio sessions a week with varying intensity.
