Nicola's background is one of diverse exploration into dance, music, and theatre over a span of 15 years — from Ballet to Broadway to Shakespeare.
This artistic foundation seamlessly merged with her venture into fitness, yoga, bodybuilding, and strength training, leveraging her dance background for a holistic approach.
She is certified under the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer and adopts a technique-driven approach to her training programs.
